Fees

Following an initial free site visit and consultation, we will write to you within 5 working days, setting out our professional opinion of the proposal, identifying any potential challenges and suggesting a way forward. We will also include a comprehensive breakdown of the works to be carried out along with an estimate of the overall cost of the project.

N.B. All third party fees, for example Local Planning Authority/consultant fees, will be additional costs not covered by Eaton and Associates Limited.
